Liberty Wharf

WEB's development partner, Island Developments Limited commenced development of the site in 2005 with completion of the final phase in November 2010.

Liberty Wharf, the new name for the Island site comprises 2 office buildings totalling c.90,000 sq.ft. , 63 serviced apartments, the transportation centre and a covent garden style retail area containing a number of boutiques, cafés, a bar and restaurant.

The new shopping experience is provided in the former abbattoir building which has seen the old derelict buildings regenerated into individual shop units.
