Castle Quay Phase 1

Phase 1 of Castle Quays mixed use scheme was designed by the world acclaimed architect Eric R.Kuhne who is best known for Bluewater shopping centre in Kent and Cockle Bay Wharf in Sydney. Planning approval was granted in October 2007 and a Development Agreement with Castle Quays Developments Ltd, a company wholly owned by Dandara was signed in June 2008.

The scheme comprises two blocks and construction will be completed in stages between December 2010 and April 2012. Block A, to be known as Le Capelain House consists of 136 residential units with retail and restaurants on the ground floor. Block B, to be known as Millais House, consists of 169 residential units with retail and restaurants on the ground floor.

Works on site, sales and marketing commenced in June 2008 and by the end of 2009 80% of the residential accommodation had been pre-sold.
