Castle Quay Phase 2

A detailed application for planning for Castle Quays Phase 2 was submitted in December 2009 and approved in September 2010. It will provide 280 units of residential accommodation and further commercial opportunity on the ground floor.

Phase 2 will be developed as three separate buildings with new pedestrian streets linking to the marina and providing view corridors for the pedestrian.
