Zephyrus

Situated next to Westwater, Zyphyrus will comprise of 69 apartments which range from four bedroom penthouses of 2,500 sq ft to one bedroom units of 550 sq.ft.

Zephyrus has been designed by leading UK firm Hopkins Architects and will contain five individual buildings which lay on a slight diagonal to allow sea views across St.Aubin's bay where possible.

Zephyrus has been carefully designed to be a low energy building. The scheme, at design stage has achieved BREEAM very good.

Zephyrus won best unbuilt scheme at the 2011 Assocaiation of Jersey Architects awards.
