IFC Jersey & Trenton Square
The IFC development hosts Trenton Square - a well designed high-quality landscaped area with a lawned area, granite paving and over 1400 plants and trees. Seating areas have been incorporated for the public to take their lunch or a coffee break within the surrounding areas.
An attractive setting for the occupiers and the wider community to relax and enjoy the food and beverage facilities on offer.
IFC 5
Coopers & Co Jersey
Coopers at IFC is an ideal location for a sophisticated breakfast or lunch, as well as a fantastic venue for a business meeting or simply catch-up with friends. The establishment features outdoor seating areas within Trenton Square, where you can enjoy the landscaped surroundings. Moreover, Coopers at IFC holds a valid alcohol license, allowing guests to indulge in a selection of wines, beers, and spirits.
Big Maggy's shop cafe with Mangerie
Jersey's premier bike shop cafe is located within the ground floor space of IFC 5 providing top level industry leading cycling products, services and accessories. IFC 5 Mangerie provides a selection of sandwiches, wraps, salads, coffee and light refreshments within the shared unit facilities.
IFC 6
On completion in December 2023, IFC 6 will provide 4,000 sq.ft Restaurant space for an ambitious bar-restaurant operator to create an exciting dining experience within the ground floor space and includes an extensive al fresco area.
