IFC Jersey will provide a world-class business hub providing environmentally sustainable Super-Prime Grade A office space in the heart of St Helier.

IFC will be capable of delivering 470,000 sq ft of office space across six standalone buildings with private car parking space beneath the buildings. Construction is split into phases and is being delivered on a building by building basis in response to demand.

IFC forms a new extension to the existing central business district and will establish a clear identity for the island’s premier industry and strengthen the connection between the historic town centre and the waterfront.

The first building constructed at IFC, provides 68,316 square feet of high quality Grade A Super-Prime office space and has been designed to achieve a BREEAM Excellent rating.

IFC 1 provides:
