Global bank signs up for International Finance Centre

BNP Paribas has entered into an agreement to lease two floors of St Helier Waterfront’s International Finance Centre (IFC). The global bank which already has a large presence in Jersey will lease around 24,000 sq.ft of No.4 IFC.

Jersey International Finance Centre - Building 5

Detailed plans were approved by the Planning Applications Panel for No 5 Jersey International Finance Centre. The building forms the corner of Castle Street and Route de La Liberation and will create around 69,000 sq.ft. of modern Grade A office accommodation with 51 underground car parking spaces.
