Plans approved for No 5 Jersey International Finance Centre
Detailed plans were approved by the Planning Applications Committee for No 5 Jersey International Finance Centre.
The building will be located on the corner of Castle Street and Route de La Liberation and will provide approximately 69,000 square feet of modern Grade A office accommodation over six floors with 51 underground car parking spaces.
This phase of the development will also include a new public square, similar in size to Liberation Square which have been designed by a leading landscape architect.
All Jersey International Finance Centre buildings are being constructed to the British Council of Office standard and to a BREEAM rating of 'Excellent'. The Jersey International Finance Centre will be the first buildings to achieve such a rating.
