Topping Out Ceremony of Building 4

Along with our contractors Camerons, we were delighted to hold the Topping Out Ceremony of Building 4 at the Jersey International Finance Centre on Tuesday 28 June 2016.

Number 4 is the first of 6 office buildings of Phase 1 of the Esplanade Quarter development, which will also include 520 underground parking spaces plus a public park and square.

Guests included representatives from both secured tenants; BNP Paribas and UBS, States Members as well as the team involved with the design, construction and development.

The Customary tradition of the topping out ceremony marks an important milestone in the construction of a building bringing together all parties involved. The ceremony is traditionally believed to bring good luck to a building.
