At JDC, we are committed to helping local first-time buyers purchase their own home.

Our successful Deposit Payment Plan scheme, which was established in 2015, has allowed many first-time buyers the opportunity to purchase their first home.

We understand that getting onto the property ladder can be challenging, finding the deposit is often cited as the main reason for preventing first-time buyers owning their first home.

Together with JDC's shareholder, the Government of Jersey, we will be delivering a percentage of Shared Equity* apartments as well as interest free deposit payment plans.

These schemes will be available for Entitled (Locally Qualified) First Time Buyers ONLY.
