Summer Wellness lunchtime sessions.
Join us for complimentary Yoga & Tai Chi every Thursday.
Tai Chi – Every Thursday from 12pm with Ray (Experienced Tai Chi & Self-Defence Instructor).
Yoga – Every Thursday from 1pm with Joe Houze (experienced yoga & meditation practitioner). Bring your own mat or towel.
All sessions are complimentary.

Please note: This week’s Summer Wellness sessions on Thursday, 18 September, will be held at the IFC 2 lawn area next to Trenton Square, instead of Marina Gardens, due to preparations for the Super League Triathlon at the Waterfront.

15 August TribalNeed (co-sponsored by Langham Hall)
TribalNeed is at the forefront of progressive musicianship — performed by Riccardo Moretti who is internationally known for his experimental fusion of analogue synths, didgeridoo, percussion, hang drum, beatboxing, and loop station. His entirely live, computer-free performances offer an unforgettable approach to electronic music. TribalNeed is a must-see show.
22 August: Doctor Feelgood
Jersey welcomes back Doctor Feelgood, the Ibiza favourite from Café Mambo and The House of Feelgood. After a standout success at last year’s Hola Friday!, he returns to bring Trenton Square to life once again.
Both headline acts will include support sets by local DJ Craig Alder.
Drinks and lightbites will be available from The Loft, Alfresco Events - Pimms Bar and Cooper & Co.
