Construction
The Horizon development was built by a joint venture between JDC and Groupe Legendre. This family-owned international construction firm is the tenth largest contractor in France and is responsible for some of the most innovative and cutting-edge major residential developments in Paris and London.
With recognised technical expertise and a culture of innovation and sustainability, Groupe Legendre have played a major part in bringing Horizon to life. Olivier Roualec, Director and General Manager of Groupe Legendre said:
