• Mark Boleat

  Chairman

  Mark Boleat's career includes heading the UK trade associations for mortgage lenders, building societies and insurance companies, directorships of property and insurance companies and running his own consultancy business specialising in trade associations, regulation and housing finance.

  Mark's current portfolio includes Chairman of the Jersey Competition Regulatory Authority, the Association of Labour Providers, UK Social Data Services, Quant Capital Partners and Kingston Smith Association Management.

  Mark is Deputy Chairman of the Policy and Resources Committee of the City of London and is a member of the Police, Planning and Transportation, Finance and Establishment Committees and the Property Investment Board of the City.

   
   

• Lee Henry

  Managing Director

  Appointed: 30th November 2011

  Lee is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.  Lee started his training contract at Moore Stephens following which he moved to the States of Jersey Treasury where he held positions in the Internal Audit Division and the Corporate Capital Unit.

  He joined the Company in May 2004 as a Development Manager and was promoted to Finance Director in March 2007. Lee was appointed to the Board of Directors in June 2011.

   
   

• Roger Lewis

  Non - Executive Director

  Appointed: 20th June 2011

  Between 1991 and 2007 Roger held various senior positions including Corporate Finance Executive and Group Chairman on the executive board of The Berkeley Group, one of the UK's leading urban regenerators. Although now retired, he still acts in an advisory capacity to the Group.

  Roger has specialist knowledge of waterfront developments, especially in the context of marinas; he was formerly in charge of The Berkley Group's development of Gunwharf Quays in Portsmouth.

   
   

• Nicola Palios

  Non - Executive Director

  Appointed:  20th June 2011

  Nicola is a Jersey Advocate who brings with her proven commercial insight and success in delivering major strategic projects.

  Having joined Mourant in 1988 she was admitted as an Advocate of the Royal Court of Jersey in 1991.

  In 1995 she become Mourant's youngest ever partner and went on to hold the positions of Deputy Managing Partner and Director of Mourant International Finance Administration.

  Nicola is now co-owner and director of a consultancy firm offering a variety of services in the private equity industry

   
   

• Jurat John Tibbo

  Non - Executive Director

  Appointed: 17th January 1995

  John held a number of senior management positions during his career with Midland Bank until his retirement in 1996.

  Since 1995 John has served as a Non-executive Director of the Waterfront Enterprise Board, during this period he has also acted as Chairman of the Board.

  John has served as a Jurat of the Royal Court since December 1997, he was appointed as Lieutenant Bailiff in 2010.

   
   

• Simon Neal

  Finance Director

  Appointed: 14th March 2012

  Simon is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales.  Simon started his training contract at Ernst & Young following which he moved to Finance & Planning
  Department of HSBC in Jersey.

  He then went on to become initially Finance Director and then Managing Director of the property development group, The JCN Group of Companies and was responsible for the redevelopment of Ogier House on The Esplanade.
