Choosing an apartment in a new-build development allows you to take advantage of modern construction methods, which can lower maintenance costs and reduce energy consumption, giving you more freedom to enjoy life without the worry of frequent upkeep, like when you’ll need to repaint your home.

How it works

At JDC, we understand that right-sizing can be a significant decision, and our Sales Team are here to support you every step of the way. We’re happy to answer any questions you may have and offer incentives to make your move as stress-free as possible.

 

JDC are delighted to be able to offer right-sizers the following incentives (subject to conditions) on Westward purchases: 

• Stamp Duty paid on the purchase of a Westward apartment (up to £16,000) 

• Legal Fees for the purchase of a Westward apartment (up to £2,000) 

• Removal costs to new home at Westward (up to £2,000).

Eligibility

Those wishing to take advantage of these incentives will be required to meet the following conditions: 

1. Current home must be two or more bedrooms of a value between £650,000 and £1,500,000 
2. Current home must be sold to a non-related third party who is an Entitled local family 
3. The number of bedrooms in the purchase property must be fewer than the current home
